Conditions:
- The minimum number of members per group is 15. For 20 paying guests the 21st person stays free of charge
- All rates are per day and per person, net hotel.
- Rate for luggage transport: ATS 20,- per piece in/out
- Cancellations of group reservations are accepted free of charge until 60 days before the booked day of arrival.
- Charges for cancellations received later than 60 days before the intended day of arrival Between 59th and 15th day: 50 p.c. of the price for the room. Between 14th and 4th day: 70 p.c. of the price for the room. Three days before or later: full price for the room and 60 p.c. of the board.
- Reservations for groups of at least 15 persons are only considered valid after confirmation by the orderer or by the hotel and after 20 p.c. of the booked services have been paid in advance.
- Hotel invoices are due on submission.
- For cancellations arriving in time the payments made in advance are fully refunded.
- All reservations, changes and cancellations are subject to written confirmation.
- All disputes arising hereunder will be settled before a competent court of law in Klagenfurt.
